The Lions Elite Hockey School is unique in its design:

• Pro-Style daily schedule
• Elite Players of the same age
• Intensive approach

Elite players will benefit from a Pro-Style schedule which includes 1.5 hours of intensive on-ice drills followed by 1.5 hours of intensive dry-land training run by our off-ice specialists each day.  This ensures that each individual will benefit from an intensive training day that - maintains focus, increases their training intensity, ensures skill development and keeps players excited each day and ready to improve throughout the course of the camp.

Players skate with Elite kids of their own age group which serves to elevate the intensity of practices, skate at high speed and execute at high pace.  (i.e. you will not have PW’s skating with Novice’s!!)

The practices are designed so that players have to work hard, skate with intensity and keep up with other Elite players.

The Elite players will not wait in line to do drills seeing as the groups are small and the drills are quick and intense.  Players are continuously in motion with no time for distractions while in line as their wait time does not allow for it.

A positive environment does not only involve positive encouragement, but also involves being immersed in a successful organization and training with peers who are committed and focused.
